<span style="color: #222222;">In Mizoram, the state government has decided to disburse Rs. 118.55 lakhs from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund in the fight against COVID-19. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Committee on utilization of Chief Minister's relief fund at Aizawl yesterday.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> Also, Chief Minister Zoramthanga made an appeal to people to donate funds to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to combat the deadly Coronavirus. He said anyone can easily contribute to it and there are no taxes imposed against such donations.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Committee on utilization of Chief Minister's relief fund  headed by the Chief Secretary Lalnunmawia Chuaungo also decided that the Fund will be disbursed at three levels. An amount of Rs 88.9 lakhs will be given to 889 Village and Local Level Task Forces. An amount of Rs 6 lakhs will be given to Local Level Task Forces, operating for the 600 families staying at the Basic Services to Urban Poor (BSUP) at Lawipu, Rangvamual and Edenthar.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Besides, Rs. 23.65 lakhs will be given to the 67 orphanages, rehabilitation centres and various homes functioning in different parts of the state.</span><br />
