Mizoram government has sought help from the Centre in view of the repeated earthquakes that occurred in several parts of the state during the last few weeks. The state has asked for installation of more earthquake observatory centres in eastern Mizoram.  <br />'' <br />''In a letter to the Union Minister of Mines Pralhad Joshi yesterday, Chief Minister Zoramthanga also asked the Centre to send seismologists and geo-physicists to the state to study and assess the ground situation.
