Mizoram government announces more relaxations to ongoing partial lockdown restrictions

<span style="color: #222222;">In Mizoram, the State Government has announced more relaxations to the ongoing partial lockdown restrictions. The government has lifted the restrictions on the entry of vehicles carrying non-essential commodities into the state and that has come into effect from today. An official statement informed that all categories of vehicles are now permitted to enter into the state.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">With this, taking prior permission from the State Home Department is not required. However, the m-PASS registration on the mCOVID-19 application and also submission of a self-declaration by the drivers at the points of entry to the state will remain mandatory. The inter-state transportation, barring vehicles carrying essential commodities, have remained prohibited since the early phases of lockdown in the state to contain the spread of the Corona virus.</span><br />''
