He also asserted that measures to boost the Tax and Non-Tax revenue will be taken up.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''The Chief Minister said that the State Government will continue austerity measures to avoid unnecessary expenditure such as budgetary cuts in certain areas, direct recruitment and creation of posts except for extremely necessary cases and ban on state- sponsored foreign travels.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''In the budget, 4,077.29 crore rupees has been allocated for the social services sector – which is 36.57 per cent of the total budget.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Chief Minister has also announced allocation on some priority sectors as 400 crore rupees for various activities under the state flagship scheme, Socio Economic Development Policy (SEDP).</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Five crore rupees have been proposed for rehabilitation of MNF returnees, 60 crore rupees for MLA Local Area Development Fund and 10 crore rupees for supporting the Co-operative activities.</span>
