In Mizoram, the state Police on Monday busted a fake currency racket by seizing a number of implements and machines used for printing of fake Indian currency notes and arrested four persons. Superintendent of Police of Aizawl, Lalbiakthanga Khiangte said. Police said that 164 fake notes of the face value of 1000 denominations were seized from the suspects at Vairengte village in Assam-Mizoram border and further investigations have been launched.
