Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will address the conference of Director-Generals of Police and Inspector Generals of Police in New Delhi today.

Addressing the three-day conference that began on Friday, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said that motivated rumours and irresponsible use of social networking media posed a new challenge to the security forces of the country.
