Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Vijay Goel has said that the Mission-XI-Million programme will provide a great platform to prepare future footballers of the country. <br/><br/>He added that over 1.2 million kids have already been reached through this initiate aimed at providing opportunity to every child in the country to play the football. <br/><br/>The Minister was addressing the Mission-XI-Million football festival held at Paljor Stadium in Gangtok today. He also underlined the attempts made towards developing a sports culture in the country with projects like Khelo India that gave everyone a chance to play the game they liked. <br/><br/>The Mission-XI-Million will be encouraged to play football regularly and help them gain healthy habits, fine tune motor skills, learn life lessons in team work and cultivate sportsman spirit.
