Inclement weather and snowfall on mountain peaks are hampering the search operation of the IAF to locate its MiG-29 fighter aircraft . The aircraft was crashed along with the Pilot in Lahaul and Spiti mountains of Himachal Pradesh after taking off from Adampur Air Base near Jalandhar in Punjab on October 18th (Tuesday) evening. However, the search operation is still on. Quoting Army PRO, Naresh Vig, AIR Jalandhar correspondent reports some parts of the aircraft were found in village CHOKHANG of Lahaul and Spiti on Friday.
