An ancient idol of goddess 'Ashta Dashbhuja', which went missing from Parna Mata temple, has been recovered from a forest area in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir. A woman found the idol in Chingam forest. She later informed the villagers and the police about it. The ancient idol went missing from the temple in November 2008.
