In Manipur, unknown miscreants hurled a lethode bomb at the residence of state Agriculture Minister Ph. Parjit Singh at Nongada under Lamlai Police station at around 8 hours last night. Police sources said, the lethode bomb exploded nearby the Minister’s residence. However, no one was injured in the incident. In another incident, one powerful bomb rocked the Mahatma Gandhi Avenue in Imphal just few yards away from the City Police Station at around 8:30 hours last night. The bomb was buried beneath the ground nearby the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Thangal Bazar, Imphal. There is no report of any casualty in the incident.
