The purpose of the event is to promote technical textiles, which includes textiles meant for some specific purpose like Medical, Defence, Industrial, Agriculture, Automotive, Building, and Packaging textiles. Union Textiles Minister Piyush Goyal and Minister of State for Textiles Darshana Jardosh will address the event.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry said that the event will exemplify the immense potential for trade and investment between India and foreign countries in the Technical Textile sector. Maharashtra is the Host State for the event and Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, and Madhya Pradesh are the Partner States.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The event will house over 150 Technical Textiles exhibitors and more than 250 buyers from around 30 countries including Taiwan, Germany, Switzerland, South Africa, South Korea, Russia, and Luxembourg, among others. The Ministry said that the event is being organised in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce Industry.</span></p>
