<span style="color: #222222;">Western Regional Centre, Pune of Botanical Survey of India, a subordinate office of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, organised an awareness programme for youth under the initiative of MISSION LiFE at St Mira's college for women in Pune yesterday. More than 800 students and faculty members participated and took the pledge to adopt green habits to mitigate Climate Change.<br />''<br />''During this event, Dr A. Benniamin, Scientist, delivered a talk on the objectives of Mission LiFE and sensitised the students about our LiFE style for the Environment. Officials distributed posters and stickers to participants and the general public, carrying messages about saving energy, and water, reducing single-use plastic and adopting sustainable food Systems and healthy lifestyles.</span><br />
