Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, DoNER, is organising a three-day mega event 'Destination North East-2016' today at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. The event is showcasing the activities by various Ministries in the region and also providing an opportunity to different sectors to showcase and deliberate upon their achievements, constraints and challenges. <br/><br/>During the event, business summit will be organised and exhibition stalls will be there to attract investments. Cultural programmes mixed with music and dance will also be organised everyday in the evening to bring the splendid and multi lingual tribal culture to the participants and the visitors. North East food court with different cuisines of all the states is also there for the visitors.
