<span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry of Civil Aviation organised the Second Chintan Shivir in New Delhi today. Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and  Minister of State  General (Retd.) Dr V.K. Singh, officers of the Ministry and its attached or subordinate offices, autonomous bodies, PSUs and stakeholders of the sector attended this Shivir.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Speaking on this occasion, Mr Scindia said that such platforms provide an opportunity to all to know each other. He said that the Ministry should work as a family and such efforts provide a congenial environment to build relationships among the various stakeholders.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' In his address, Dr V.K. Singh also emphasised on the importance of team building and communication skills. He said that team building required effort from top to bottom and bottom to top.  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''During the second Chintan Shivir, brainstorming sessions were organised on subjects of self and team motivation, India as a drone Hub, and Coordination and collaboration amongst various offices or officials and the agencies involved in the sector.</span><br />
