Minister of State in PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh today ruled out a dialogue with Pakistan and said that government can't talk to perpetrators of terrorism. <br/><br/>Accusing Pakistan of promoting terrorism in Kashmir, the Union Minister said government is very clear about the fact that unrest in Kashmir is a mischief perpetuated, promoted and sponsored by Pakistan. He added that India is out to defeat this nefarious design.<br/><br/>Talking to media persons in the sidelines of a civil society function in Jammu today, the Minister said that if Pakistan continues to remain in denial mode, the harm would come to Pakistan itself because the perpetrators of terrorism cannot escape the effects of terrorism for long.<br/><br/>He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said time and again that there can't be any compromise on terrorism, but at the same time, no harm should come to any innocent person, particularly children and youth. Hoping that the unrest in the valley will end soon, he backed the security forces and said the government has full faith in them and their actions.
