Rail Minister Suresh Prabhu today inspected the rake of Tejas Train. The Tejas Express is a semi high speed train having modern on board facilities, enhanced passenger comfort and showcases the future of Train travel in India. It is set to be introduced soon. <br/><br/>The first rake comprises 19 coaches including sixteen non-executive and two executive chair cars besides one power coach. The newly designed coaches are capable of running at a speed of 200 kilometre per hour but due to constraints related to rail tracks, these coaches will run at a speed of 160 kilometre per hour.
