Minister for AYUSH Shripad Naik has stressed on more research in Homeopathy saying that its potential is still unexplored.<br/><br/>Speaking at an international convention on the occasion of World Homeopathy Day in New Delhi on Saturday, Mr Naik said, government is giving more stress on traditional medical systems AYUSH with the sole objective of betterment of health in the country. He said, progress made by India in developing Homeopathy is an illustration for other countries.<br/><br/>He said, India has been a major contributor in Homeopathy research in the last few decades.<br/><br/>He said, his Ministry is stressing more in Research and Development in AYUSH systems in the country.<br/><br/>He said government will establish chairs in various universities in abroad for more research in AYUSH systems.<br/><br/>Health Minister of Bangladesh Mohammed Nasim and Minister of State for Health in Nepal Mushtaq Alam were also present on the occasion.<br/><br/>Health Ministers of various States were also present. A commemorative cover was also released on the occasion.
