Congress president Rahul Gandhi yesterday said that if Congress voted to power at the centre in the forthcoming Loksabha elections it will provide a 'guaranteed minimum income' to the poor in all the states.<br />''  <br />'' Addressing a 'Kisaan Abhaar Sammelan' at Raipur, Congress President said that his party has decided to provide minimum income to the poor in all the states. He said the poor will get a minimum income directly into their bank account.  He said that nobody will remain hungry and nobody will remain poor. He said that this scheme will be the first of its kind in the world as no other country has introduced such a scheme so far.<br />''<br />
