Ministry of Mines has informed that Mineral Production in the country has gone up by 5 percent during November last year compared to the same time previous year. It said, the index of mineral production of the mining and quarrying sector for the month of November last year at 111.9, was 5 percent higher as compared to the level in the month of November, 2020. Cumulative growth for the period April- November, 2021-22 over the corresponding period of previous year has increased 18.2 percent. The Ministry said, this data was collected by the Indian Bureau of Mines.
