A gas explosion in a coal mine in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has killed 42 miners and 66 are reported missing. According to the rescue headquarters, the gas outburst in Xinxing Coal Mine based in Hegang City, happened 400 meters underground. Rescuers were still searching for the missing. He said 29 injured workers including six seriously injured were taken to a hospital.
