In Kashmir valley, an encounter has been going on between the security forces and the militants in Krankshivan area of Sopre in Baramula district since this morning. <br/>As per the reports, two militants were surrounded by the security forces, out of which one has been killed. This the second encounter in this area during the last three days. Encounter was still on when reports last came in.<br/>
