In Jammu and Kashmir, a militant hideout was busted today and a huge cache of arms and ammunition recovered by security forces in Kishtwar district. An Army officer said, acting on a specific information, troops of 11 Rashtriya Rifles along with police launched a cordon and search operation in the forests of Kishtwar and busted the hideout. He said the arms and ammunition included three12-bore rifles, one Chinese made pistol, one Pakistan made pistol, two magazines, 19 pistol rounds, two hand grenades, one UBGL launcher, four UBGL grenades, and 112 rounds of AK rifle. Boarding and lodging material were also recovered from the hideout.
