Mild tremors measuring 4.6 on the Richter Scale were felt in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh today. The quake which had its epicentre in Uttarakhand's Chamoli region occurred at 11:57 AM and lasted for a few seconds. According to officials, there was no immediate report of any loss of life or property.
