Roshan Giri, Secretary, Gorkha Jana Mukti Morcha, GJMM, told AIR today that the Morcha has received a letter from the Union Home Ministry to participate in tripartite talks to discuss various issues of the Memorandum of GTA agreement signed in 2010. <br/><br/>The meeting, also attended by the representatives of West Bengal government, will be held on January 5th in New Delhi. The Morcha leaders will focus on the issue of three-tier Panchayat in the hills and repeat their demand for inclusion of 396 Mouzas of the Terai and the Dooars regions in the Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council areas, he informed.
