In Mexico, rescuers are racing against the clock to reach survivors trapped under the rubble of a school in the southern Coapa district of Mexico City which collapsed during the powerful 7(point)1-magnitude earthquake on Tuesday. <br/><br/>One is a 13-year-old girl who is believed to be sheltering under a table.<br/><br/>The wiggling fingers of the young girl trapped under the rubble of her collapsed school raised hopes of rescuers to intensify their efforts early today. <br/><br/>According to a spokesman of the Civil Protection Unit of the Interior Ministry, at least 25 people, including 21 children were confirmed dead at the school. Many others are missing. <br/><br/>The school was one of dozens of buildings toppled by the quake. So far 250 people are known to have died.<br/><br/>All Indians are safe in the quake hit Mexico City. This was confirmed by the External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj in a tweet. Mexican President Enrique Pe'a Nieto has declared three days of mourning for the victims.
