Metro services resume normal pace

Metro train services in New Delhi resumed at its normal pace today after a series of delays and abrupt stops causing inconvenience to passengers. According to Chief DMRC PRO Anuj Dayal, Metro authorities are taking stringent steps to handle crowd at the stations, after hundereds of passers by thronged the Noida City Center Metro station on Thursday afternoon.<br/><br/>Our correspondent reports that with the commissioning of Yamuna Bank- Noida line this month and the entire second phase by next year, maintenance and operations of the Metro might become more difficult.
