The department said in an advisory that most of north coastal and south Odisha are likely to experience thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and heavy rain today.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Heavy rain has also been predicted in Northern, Eastern and Northeastern parts of the country, including Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand and Nagaland.</span>
