<span style="color: #222222;">Met Department has forecast rain and dense fog in several parts of Punjab and Haryana. Dense fog has enveloped several parts of the north India including national capital region affecting Road and rail traffic. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The air quality was is the poor category this morning and the Air Quality Index was recorded 285 at 6 AM today. There was near-zero visibility and several train coming to Delhi and different parts of North India are running late due to fog. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Himachal Pradesh, more rain and snowfall have been forecast from today as Western disturbance is active in the state.
