<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The weather department has forecast light rain and snow at "scattered to fairly widespread" places in Jammu and Kashmir from tonight to the forenoon of Tuesday. Akashvani Correspondent reports that The Meteorological Department said that on the 28th and the 29th of February, partly to generally cloudy weather is expected with the possibility of light rain and snow at isolated places across the UT. From the 1st to the 3rd of March, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snow at most places with heavy rain and snow at a few middle and higher reaches during the 2nd and the 3rd of March. Meanwhile, Jammu recorded a minimum of 7.9°C temperature last night and it was below normal by 3.7 °C for the winter capital of J&K. Banihal recorded a low of 1.8°C, Batote 2.1°C and Bhaderwah minus 0.44°C.</span></p>
