<span style="color: #222222;">In Kerala, the incessant rains have receded a bit bringing relief. Although the rains have subsided, Kuttanad is &nbsp;badly hit as many areas are under water. Authorities visited the flood-hit areas of Kuttanad today &nbsp;and took stock of the situation. Met department predicts low intensity of rain &nbsp;in the state tomorrow. Yellow alert is isued &nbsp;in eight districts for tomorrow . People have been warned to be extra vigilant as heavy rains are likely to fall in the hilly areas.Meanwhile, the water level in the Mullaperiyar Dam rose again to 140.50 feet. The spillway shutters of the dam are likely to be raised if the water level rises again. Fisherfolks have been warned not to venture into the sea off the coast of Kerala and Karnataka today.</span><br />
