Meri Maati, Mera Desh campaign: Kerala team's Amrit Kalash Yatra starts from Thiruvananthapuram

<span style="color: #222222;">As part of the Meri Maati, Mera Desh campaign, the Kerala team's Amrit Kalash Yatra started today from Thiruvananthapuram. A special train carrying a team of 229 volunteers will arrive in New Delhi on the 30th of this month. Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan handed over Kalash to the volunteers at an event held at Raj Bhavan yesterday. <br />''<br />''Kalash containing soil collected from 152 blocks across the state is being carried to Delhi for the national-level ceremony at Kartavya Path that is to be held on October 30th and 31st. The monumental Kalash, symbolising  the unity and diversity of the nation, will be ceremoniously positioned in the Amrit Vatika. The nationwide campaign "Meri Maati Mera Desh" was launched to honor the courageous individuals, known as 'Veers,' who sacrificed their lives for the nation.</span><br />
