<br/>A fall in mercury has been registered in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh after monsoon rain in the region. The temperature has come down from 5 to 9 degree Celsius at most of the places in region. The Met Department has predicted heavy rain at few places in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh during the next 24 hours. <br/>
