The National Security Adviser, NSA, Mr. Shivshankar Menon will visit China tomorrow to discuss a host of issues. He is going to Beijing as special envoy to the Prime Minister of India. During his four-day visit, Mr Menon, India's special representative for boundary talks, is expected to discuss the boundary issue with China's Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo. India has held several rounds of talks with China on the vexed issue. He will also meet Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and discuss bilateral issues. <br/><br/><br/>
