National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon is in Washington to hold a series of meetings with top officials of the Obama Administration. He is scheduled to meet US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, his US counterpart Tom Donilon and Under Secretary for Political Affairs, William Burns today.State Department spokesman, P J Crowley told reporters at his daily news conference that the NSA will review the implementation of initiatives launched during the India visit of US President Barack Obama in November. Crowley said Mr. Shivshanker will also discuss developments in Indo-US bilateral ties in preparation for the upcoming Strategic Dialogue in New Delhi this spring.
