Launching a scathing attack on BJP, Congress today said that menace of corruption cannot be defeated by a Rath Yatras. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Rashid Alvi said that BJP should take concrete steps to end black-marketing and hoarding of necessary items in the states ruled by it. He added that Congress party has launched multi-pronged strategy to tackle the menace of corruption.
