The Supreme Court today indicated that it may come out with the Memorandum of Procedure, MoP, for appointment of judges for higher judiciary by the month end. This was stated by a bench comprising Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice N V Ramana.<br/><br/> The bench made the statement during the hearing of a<br/>petition filed by Haryana-based advocate who has sought transparency in the appointment of judges for higher courts.'<br/><br/>The issue of MoP has been a bone of contention between the apex court and the government as both have differences over key points.
