The Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar will release the postal stamp of former Chief Minister Venkatasubhah Raddiar in Puducherry today. Ms. Meera Kumar will also lay the foundation stone for residential school for Scheduled Caste students and multi-story houses for SC people. Ms. Kumar will also unvail the statue of former Union Minister Jagjivan Ram.
