Meghalaya Speaker admits No Confidence Motion moved by Opposition against Conrad Sangma-led govt for alleged failure to protect state interest

<span style="color: #222222;">In Meghalaya, Speaker Metbah Lyngdoh today admitted the No Confidence Motion moved by the Opposition Congress against the Conrad Sangma-led Government for the alleged failure to protect the interest of the state. Admitting the motion on the third day of the Autumn Session of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, Speaker has fixed 11th of November for discussion. The No Confidence Motion was submitted by the Opposition led by Dr. Mukul Sangma.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In the 60-member Meghalaya Assembly, the Opposition Congress has 19 members, the NPP 21 members, UDP seven and one associate member, PDF four, HSPDP and BJP two each, KHNAM and NCP one each and two independents.</span><br />
