<span style="color: #222222;">Meghalaya reported 957 fresh COVID-19 cases and 19 deaths during the last 24 hours. A statement from the Directorate of Health Services informed that among these deaths reported were 14 from East Khasi Hills district, two each from West Jaintia Hills and East Jaintia Hills district and one from South Garo Hills district.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">   </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The total number of COVID-19 fatalities has gone up to 502 out of which East Khasi Hills district accounts for 409 of the total deaths.
