<span style="color: #222222;">Meghalaya reported 318 new cases today while 198 people recovered in the last 24 hours. The total active cases in the State now stand at 2121. One COVID related death was reported from East Khasi Hills district taking the death toll to 1497 in the state so far.  Till date, the number of recovered cases stands at 84841. East Khasi Hills district has the highest COVID related fatalities with 1019 deaths. The district has 1437 active cases.</span>
