<span style="color: #222222;">In Meghalaya, with the addition of 288 new COVID 19 cases, the number of infection count in the State has gone up to 89841 and the active case stands at 2415. Six deaths were also reported in the last 24 hours taking the total fatalities to 1509, according to the Directorate of Health Services. Among the deaths, three were reported from East Khasi Hills district, two from Eastern West Khasi Hills district and one from South West Khasi Hills district. The State also reported 361 recoveries taking the total recovered cases to 85917. Meanwhile, there are 202 people hospitalized due to COVID 19 in the State out of which 178 are from East Khasi Hills district.</span><br />
