Meghalaya reported 264 fresh new COVID 19 cases and 323 recoveries in the last 24 hours bringing the total recovered cases to 72,522. Directorate of Health Services informed four fatalities were registered; two from East Khasi Hills district and one each from Ri Bhoi district and West Khasi Hills district and all of them were not vaccinated. The total deaths due to COVID 19 infection has reached 1,315 while the active cases stand at 2,263.<br />''<br />
