The Directorate of Health Services informed that out of the 19 new cases 17 are from East Khasi Hills district which includes 15 civilians, one BSF personnel and one Armed Force personnel and the remaining two are from East Jaintia Hills and West Jaintia Hills district respectively.<br />''<br />''38 COVID patients from East Khasi Hills also recovered taking the total number of recovered persons in the State to 173.
