In Meghalaya, 12 new COVID-19 cases were reported today while 28 recoveries were also registered on the same day.<br />'' <br />''The Directorate of Health Services informed that the number of active cases in the State stands at 283 while a total of 12,922 people have recovered from the virus so far.
