Jail Road is one of the locations where Netaji visited while in Shillong in 1938.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier today, the Chief Minister paid floral tribute to the life-size statue of the freedom fighter at State Central Library, Shillong. Sanatan Dharmasabha Harisabha, Laban an organization based in Shillong also paid tribute to the freedom fighter by hoisting the national flag and lighting candles.</span><br />''  <br />
