<span style="color: #222222;">Meghalaya registered another COVID 19 related death from East Khasi Hills district on Tuesday taking the total number of fatalities in the State to 112, a statement from the Directorate of Health Services informed.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp; </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It further mentioned that 65 new COVID 19 cases were also recorded bringing the total number of active cases to 669. The new cases are from; East Khasi Hills- 36, East Garo Hills- 16, West Garo Hills-07, South West Garo Hills- 03, South West Khasi Hills- 02 and West Jaintia Hills- 01.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp; </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The State also witnessed 158 recoveries taking the total recovered cases to 11094. The new recoveries are from the following districts; West Garo Hills- 70, East Khasi Hills- 65, South Garo Hills-08, East Jaintia Hills-08, Ri Bhoi- 04 and South West Garo Hills- 03.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp; </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Till date, Meghalaya has reported a total of 11875 confirmed COVID 19 cases out of which 11094 are recovered, 669 are active and 112 deceased.</span>
