<span style="color: #222222;">In Meghalaya, the proposed peace talks with the banned militant outfit Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) along with the Central Government and State Government have reached an agreement as far as providing safe passage to leaders of the outfit for the peace talk.<br />''<br />''Sadon Blah, the interlocutor of HNLC has said that in the last three months, there have been three rounds of talk with the State Government and the Executive Committee of the outfit. He also informed that the arrangement to provide safe passage was made so that leaders of the outfit can take part in discussions regarding the issues and agendas of the peace process. According to the interlocutor, leaders of HNLC who will be engaged in the peace talk can come and go and station themselves within the territory of Meghalaya.</span><br />
