He also informed that the arrangement to provide safe passage was made so that leaders of the outfit can take part in discussions regarding the issues and agendas of the peace process. According to the interlocutor, leaders of HNLC who will be engaged in the peace talk can come and go and station themselves within the territory of Meghalaya.</span><br />
