Meghalaya Government has decided to relax the ongoing curfew in Shillong Agglomeration of East Khasi Hills district from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm starting from tomorrow.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma after chairing a meeting today at Shillong said that the decision was taken as the situation in the city has improved in the last 24 hours.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''He further informed that the Government has sought support from various stakeholders to ensure peace and normalcy is restored.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''The Chief Minister also said that mobile internet services will be restored from 6:00 pm tomorrow.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''In addition, the Peace Committee which has been formed by the State Government will meet tomorrow.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">It maybe mentioned that after violent protests erupted against the killing of former General Secretary of Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council by the police led to the imposition of curfew in Shillong Agglomeration and ban on mobile internet services from August 15.</span><br />
