<span style="color: #222222;">In Meghalaya, the cost of COVID 19 test will be cheaper from today following a decision of the State Government to reduce various COVID 19 test rates.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Health Minister AL Hek said that the Government has reduced the rate of COVID testing by 50 per cent for RT-&nbsp; PCR/TruNat/CBNAAT.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The rate for Rapid Antigen Test has been reduced to Rs 250 from Rs 500.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the Government has decided to conduct RT-PCR tests for people coming from CoronaVirus high-risk states like Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, and Karnataka.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma has also asked the Health Department to take full precaution in case a second wave hits the state.</span>
