Meghalaya Govt informs no lockdown till the situation under control

As neighbouring States in the Northeast have started to take stringent measures to tackle the third wave of COVID 19, Meghalaya Government is in no mood for a total lockdown despite the State recording an increasing number of COVID cases.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma informed the media that the Government wants to ensure that the livelihoods of the people are not affected by another round of lockdown but if the situation goes beyond a certain point, then the administration will be forced to take a decision on imposing lockdown. </span><br />
